Details Returns/Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within two weeks of receipt of your order for a refund of the purchase price. Purchases will be refunded to the card charged when order was placed. Please include your packing slip in return package.
We only refund shipping charges if the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective. In these circumstances, please contact us and we will provide a return shipping label. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the garment or item is sent back damaged.

If you wish to exchange your item(s) please include a copy of your packing slip and tell us which item(s) (color, size, etc.) you'd like to exchange for.

 

Special Orders

Special orders are specially made for you and we do not have an option to return them to the manufacturer. We will work with you to select the correct size and style so that we minimize the need to return these specially made items.  We understand that due to the online nature of the business, you do not have an opportunity to try on these items prior to purchase. It is our hope that you will exchange these items for other products when possible.

Shipping

We use USPS as our primary shipper. If you prefer UPS or another shipper please specify when placing your order.
Ground shipping in the US is free for orders over $100. If you need expedited shipping, please indicate UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day or Overnight delivery. Remember that these are calculated as business days and if your shipping requires a Saturday delivery you must specify that on your order or it will not arrive on Saturday but will be delivered on the following Monday.
Please allow 3-8 business days for standard delivery.
